Know what the numbers mean.

The Rip Sheet helps you compare sports-card break spots. It cannot tell you what a card will sell for or what a break will return.

01

Estimates, not instructions.

Chase Index rankings, card values, spot benchmarks, probabilities and other figures are estimates for general information. They are not financial, investment, gambling or purchasing advice, and they are not a recommendation to bid, buy or sell.

02

A break can return nothing of value.

Sports-card breaks are speculative. Results depend on chance, and the cards you receive may be worth far less than the price you paid, including zero. Only spend discretionary money you can afford to lose.

03

The data can be wrong or late.

Prices, checklists, pack odds, player teams and product details can be incomplete, stale or incorrect. Markets move quickly. Breaker listings and rules control the break you actually enter; check them yourself before buying.

04

Our models can be wrong too.

The numbers are Rip Sheet’s best estimates, built from our models. We think they are useful, but a model can be wrong even when its inputs are current and correct. Rankings, shares, values and probabilities are not promises of what will happen.

05

The beta will change.

This is prerelease software provided as available. Features, access and calculations may change or stop without notice. The Rip Sheet is not the breaker, seller, auction platform or card marketplace and does not control fulfillment or results.

06

You must be eligible to use it.

You must be at least 18 and may use the service only where sports-card breaks and your participation in them are lawful. You are responsible for following the rules that apply where you live.
